I’ve called this community home for over 25 years, and as a Registered Nurse with 26 years of leadership experience in two of the nation’s largest home health providers, I understand what it means to feel truly supported where it matters most.
Like many of the families we serve, I want to age in my home as long as possible, surrounded by familiar comforts and the people and places I love. That passion inspired me to create an RN-led, concierge-style personal and companion care service that puts your well-being—and your home life—first.
At Thriving Well at Home, we blend experienced nursing oversight with skilled personal care, tailoring each visit to your unique needs. Whether you need assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, or simply a friendly face for company, our small, dedicated team brings professionalism, compassion, and respect to every interaction.
To enhance safety and peace of mind, we also integrate smart-home technology—voice reminders, video doorbells, fall-detection alerts, and more—so you can maintain independence while loved ones rest assured, near or far. - One-time RN + handyman team home evaluations
